Wonderful Wednesday

I love wednesdays, because I don't have class until 3:30. So that means I get to have a long morning, and I love mornings (that is, when I get to sleep in). So I got up and headed straight for the gym, so I would be able to find parking. I quickly ate a kashi bar and a serving of fruit (GoGo Squeez apple/strawberry applesauce on the go). Just to talk about that really quick, It's a pouch filled with all natural ingredients, which is a serving of fruit that you can take anywhere with you, and it won't go bad for months, unlike fruit you buy at the store. When I show people this, they pretty much laugh and call me a health freak. But it's just really convenient! You can buy them at Publix, a pack of 4 for under $3. 
Anyway, I worked out hard this morning, 47 minutes on the eliptical, then arms and abs workout. So after that, and walking probably half a mile back to my car, I was starving. So I made this: 
And it was delicious. 
Quesadilla: 
-Jalapeno cheddar wrap
-whole grain rice
-zucchini/squash
-shredded cheese
-and some hot sauce, because I love spicy. 

Also I had spicy baked sweet potato fries, and strawberries. So good! 

Now I'm having my coffee for the day (I limit it to a cup a day): Guatemalan coffee my mom got me from a local coffee shop back home. It's whole bean, so I use my coffee grinder, and then use my french press instead of a coffee maker. It makes the coffee taste so much better!
