Simple, tasty, vegetarian

Eating vegetarian meals at least once a day or one day a week is a good way to decrease saturated fat intake, and, if done the right way, increase your vitamin and mineral intake. Sometimes it can get challenging thinking of foods you can eat that are tasty, not boring but still vegetarian.
Here's a meal I had the other day:
This may not look like a lot of food to some people, but I tend to snack throughout the day, so when I eat meals they are not too big of portions. So what exactly does this meal consist of?

Quorn brand Chick'n nuggets
-meatless
-soy free
-high in protein
-225 kcals, 10 g fat, 12.5 g protein, 26 g carbs in 5 nuggets
-Really tasty! A lot tastier than other meatless nuggets I've had, that usually contain soy

Raspberries, about 1/3 cup
-packed with antioxidants to boost your immune system
-high in vitamins/minerals such as vitamin C

Mixed lettuce greens with low fat Caesar dressing- made with yogurt!
-This dressing is actually really tasty and has only 2.5 grams of fat in 2 tablespoons. That is sooo much better than most of the other creamy salad dressings out there, that usually come in a packet that contains two servings, and only half of the packet has 17 grams of fat. This is a great way to eat something low fat that still has a lot of flavor.

I highly recommend trying healthy new dishes- you might just be surprised about how much you like them!
