Two Healthy Pizzas!

What do nutrition majors do for fun when they hang out? Cook healthy and delicious food!
Tomato Basil Pizza
-Whole grain pizza dough (from publix)
-L.E. Roselli's pizza sauce
-six cheese italian mix (shredded cheese)
-fresh basil
-ripe tomato slices

Vegetable Pesto Pizza
-Whole grain pizza dough
-Alessi authentic Italian pesto
-six cheese italian mix (shredded cheese)
-broccoli and mushrooms (sauted in 1 TBSP olive oil for 5 min on med heat)
-spinach
-red bell pepper slices

-Let pizza dough sit out for at least 30 minutes prior to use
-pre-heat oven to 400 F
-knead and spread dough until it is a thin layer on a pizza pan
-choose amount of vegetables and cheese, however much desired!
-place in oven on center racks for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fully cooked
-let cool for two minutes, slice, and add any extras such as parmesan cheese, crushed black pepper, or red pepper flakes

Both of these pizzas were amazing, but I found the vegetable pesto pizza do be absolutely delicious. To be honest, it was probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had! I will definitely be making that one again, and soon!
