I was able to get a lot done today. I woke up really early for me (7:30) and by 9 I was at panera bread, ready to work on my research and do some homework.
My breakfast:
Not necessarily the healthiest breakfast you could have, but still. Delicious. I had a no-whip non-fat mocha, and egg and cheese on ciabatta. This is one of the healthier choices you can get for breakfast at Panera.
Egg & Cheese Ciabatta stats:
-380 kcals
-14 g of fat
-6 g sat fat
-620 mg sodium (high)
-43 g carbs
-18 g protein (lots!)
To be honest, the two main things I look at when I'm looking at nutrition facts are fat and sugar. Why sugar? Because eat too much, and it will quickly turn into fat.
I took it easy with my workout today, and just walked a couple of laps around Lake Ella. It was beautiful this afternoon, and just the right temperature.
